About The Role
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Facilities Administrator (12-month maternity cover) to work at our site in Barton-upon-Humber. The successful candidate will work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:30.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of internal reports related to staffing, payroll, and facility costs.
- Maintain accurate records and support the use of internal systems for timekeeping, inventory, and task tracking.
- Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update stock records, including item codes and descriptions.
- Support stock counts, manage incoming deliveries, and issue equipment or supplies to relevant teams.
- Oversee general facilities tasks such as locker management, waste collection coordination, and PPE distribution.
- Support day-to-day operational queries and provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth site operations.
