I am responsible for timely & accurate reconciliation of tender (cash, card, coins) used in UKROI Tesco Stores with settlements in our Bank accounts. I strive to help Store colleagues manage Tender Ops smoothly.
Achieving SLA/KPI's by
- Reconciling stores Tender A/c with credits received in Tesco bank accounts from issuers/3rd party service providers.
- Ensuring all differences are investigated & resolved to minimize tender losses.
- Maintaining regular communication with Store colleagues, 3rd party service provider, banks & other Finance teams on operational aspects.
- Promptly resolve queries from Store Colleagues on tender losses & Cash in Transit (CIT)
- Generate ideas for operational improvements by applying Continuous Improvement
- Generate automation opportunities to simplify operations, improve First Time Right, reduce compliance effort
- Support Lead in reporting
- Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for tech enhancements within timelines
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Having fun, contributing to making C2C a happy place to work
- Preferred qualification - Graduate in Commerce
- Basic MS-Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook Mails
